"Semiramis". Ashtoreth / Diana / Ishtar / Astarte are goddesses of different cultures and are not the only goddesses of those cultures. If Semiramis is supposed to be so high up on the chain, then she should have been the queen of the goddesses for all the cultures mentioned but these named goddesses are not the highest goddesses of the cultures. It makes no sense.
